This medical office building is a 20,500 s.f., one story building constructed on a Brownfield site that was previously a parking lot. Construction started in September 2008 and was completed May 2009. PSDG incorporated multiple therapy offices, counseling offices, meeting rooms and group rooms to accommodate the heavy occupant load this building will receive daily. Security, acoustical control and audio/video systems were researched and included in the design. Systems and materials were selected to comply with sustainable design requirements.
