This new 21,000 sf church was designed on a 31-acre site in Avon, Ohio with a master plan for future expansion. Its modular spaces maximize its flexibility to be used for a variety of services, meetings and functions of any size. Everyone entering the building enters into the large; two story high Atrium with a waterfall, reflecting pool, architectural lighting, and wood buttresses. Its spacious layout offers a grand space for fellowship on Sunday mornings as well as special events throughout the week. At the south end of the Atrium is a welcoming coffee bar and Adult Classroom with a large fireplace, wood arbor ceiling, and natural lighting. Two other Adult Ministry rooms were designed with curved walls/ceilings, abundant natural lighting, and cabinetry/sinks to create a "home - like " design that includes fireplaces and comfortableseating. The Worship Center holds 325 occupants and will be converted to a multi-purpose room when the future 1,200 seat Worship Center is built. As you enter the Children's Ministry wing, you pass through a 10'-0" wide Corridor that opens up at each of the classrooms to maximize the flow of parents/kids into their classrooms. The children's ministry classrooms have 9'-0" high ceilings and their own toilet room in each class. Moveable wall partitions were incorporated to allow for larger classrooms that can hold the big group of kids for the lesson. Warm, rich color tones and materials were used throughout to create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for everyone entering the church.
