George J. Poulos, AIA, Architect

George Poulos is responsible for the supervision of all Architecture work and field operations during the design and construction phases. In addition he is responsible for contract administration, including the preparation of documents and technical specifications. George has over 30 years experience in cost estimating and construction management with many projects in the public sector. His strengths are in project management, construction coordination and code compliance. George is also a State Certified Chief Building Official, Plans Examiner & Building Inspector. George also serves on the panel of the American Arbitration Association.
